Our ceremony starts at 10 a.m. We suggest that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts so you will have time to find a parking spot and find a seat! We only have so much time together to celebrate, please be on time.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy brunch. Unless your child is listed on the invitation, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We hope you enjoy our garden brunch wedding; we want everyone to stroll, eat and chat. Think garden party with a short ceremony first. Therefore we won't have dancing at the ceremony/reception. Please enjoy a delicious meal provided by The Whitney.

We do not have a hotel room block reserved. If you are coming from out of town, there are many great hotel and Airbnb options in the area. The Whitney is in Midtown if you want to be close to the venue. If you have questions about where to stay or our recommendations, ask Hannah or Troy.

We want you to feel great and comfortable in whatever you are wearing! For cocktail attire, a suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome. We love color and florals to go with the garden atmosphere. We ask that you don't wear white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the Whitney gardens, keep that in mind for weather-appropriate items. We are hoping it is a beautiful sunny Spring day, but it is Michigan so if there is rain, events will be moved indoors.

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join us for a very laid back evening on Burns in Indian Village. Address will be in the RSVP link or text us. We will have some drinks and a taco truck on site. There will be a bonfire and chill music. Come for some chill vibes and quality time.
